Candace Salima, Precinct Chair for Utah County’s Orem Precinct 28 (OR28) is maintaining a great weblog for her precinct members. She is doing a FABULOUS job of documenting their precinct’s delegate team and their interactions with the candidates.
The posts she writes are in the middle of the page, and on the left side of her blog’s page are links to their precinct’s elected officers and delegates, important dates, and links to all the races they’re involved in as a precinct (which happen to be the same ones as OR27).
In particular, she has a lot of material on the candidates in Utah’s 3rd District Congressional race. Have a look, it’s at http://orem28.blogspot.com/.
So, OR27 delegates, since you know I am trying to get the County and State Parties to be more transparent, I guess it behooves me to start with our own precinct.
Are you willing to put some “skin in the game” and put your e-mail addresses out for people in our precinct to contact you? In my opinion, this comes with the being elected an officer or delegate package. Please respond to me by e-mail regarding your willingness.
